The prospect surveys feature allows you to add customer responses to your dealership surveys to be able to reference and improve your dealership flow.
Enter Prospect Survey Responses
Create a Survey
- Open the CRM module.
- Choose the Prospect Surveys option from the menu on the left side of the screen. This will open the survey responses window. The survey type will be blank when first opening.
- While the Survey Type field is blank, type a description into the field.
- Click the Add/Modify Survey Questions button in the lower right of the window. This will open the Survey Questions window, showing a list of questions for all surveys.
- Click the Add button in the lower right of the window. This will add a new, blank row to the list.
- Enter the survey Type where you want to include the question.
- Enter the Number for the question. This allows you to quickly rearrange questions on the survey.
- Type in the Question you wish to ask.
- Optionally, if you are limiting the responses allowed for the question, enter the possible Allowable Responses, separated by a comma.
- Optionally, if you wish to have a default response pre-entered for the question, you may type it into the Default Responses field.
Enter Prospect Survey Responses
- Open the CRM module.
- Choose the Prospect Surveys option from the menu on the left side of the screen. This will open the survey responses window. The survey type will be blank when first opening.
- To view a current survey, choose the Survey Type from the dropdown. This will populate the questions.
- Search for the entity for whom you are collecting responses. you may enter either the Company Name or Last Name.
- Alternatively, you may search by entering the Entity Number.
- Enter the customer responses for each question into the Your Responses column.
- Click the Save button.
