The rental calendar shows rental invoices for the quotes and active rentals. Rental quotes will not show on the calendar. if the security permission "Hide Quotes from Rental Calendar" is checked for the user. You can view existing rentals and create new agreements from the calendar screen.

Open Rental Calendar
You can access the rental calendar in the rental module either by:
Selecting the Rental Calendar option in the views menu on the left side of the main rental module screen.
Clicking the Calendar button at the bottom of a rental agreement.
Calendar Views
When first opening the calendar screen, the calendar will show a monthly view.
Select the Today button to move your highlighted day to today's date.
Use the small arrows to the right of the Today button to move quickly between days, weeks, or months. The increment that you will move is based on the selection in the upper right of the calendar.
In the upper right, you can choose to view the appointments by day, week, or month. There is also an option to view a schedule, which will display the rentals in a list by unit.

Create Agreement from Rental Calendar
- Open the rental module.
- Select the Rental Calendar option from the views menu on the left side of the screen.
- Double-click the day you wish to start the rental. This will open a new rental agreement.
