The Messaging module offers tools to help maintain contact with customers. Messaging Calendars are split into personal and public calendars. Your personal calendars are only visible to you, but public calendars are visible to all users who have permission to view them.
When first opening the calendar screen, the calendar will show a monthly view. Switch between calendars by selecting the calendar you wish to view from the list to the left of the screen.
In the upper left of the calendar, you can choose to export the calendar you are viewing by selecting the Export to PDF button.
Select the Today button to move your highlighted day to today's date.
Use the small arrows to the right of the Today button to move quickly between days, weeks, or months. The increment that you will move is based on the selection in the upper right of the calendar.
In the upper right, you can choose to view the appointments by day, week, or month. There is also an option to view an agenda, which will display the next 7 days of appointments in a list.
