F1 Button - In the Infinity program, you can click your F1 button while on most screens. This will open a menu where you can choose to email support. This opens a window with a snapshot of your screen and space for you to enter more information about where you require assistance.
Submit a Request From Here - Select the Submit a Request link in the upper right of the knowledgebase. This will walk you through creating a support ticket for your issue.
