MotilityAnywhere mobile allows employees to access the MotilityAnywhere program in a limited capacity from their phone or tablet. The mobile site has been optimized for smaller screens. To access this site, simply open your dealership's MotilityAnywhere URL in your mobile device's web browser.
Note: We recommend using the Google Chrome browser.
Company Location Selection
Click over the location dropdown at the top of the page to choose the location.
Selecting the CRM link will open the hot contacts list.
Pull Up Menu
The pull up menu is available on any of the CRM screens. This can be accessed by tapping over the black bar at the bottom of the window and dragging toward the top of the window.
Several buttons show when the pull up menu is expanded.
Change Layout
If you wish to rearrange the customer list, you may drag and drop the columns to put them into the order you prefer and tap the Save Layout button to hold your changes.
To undo all changes and revert the customer list to the default, tap the Clear Layout button.
Add New Message
Tap this button to open a screen with a new, blank email.
Add New Entity
Please see the Add Contact section.
Hot Contacts
Choosing the Hot Contacts link will open a list of your customers with the hot temperature applied to them. You can open the customer record by clicking the entity number link.
You may enter filters into the column header, sort by clicking over the column header text, or drag and drop to rearrange the headers. Once you have made changes, select the Save Layout button in the lower right.
Apply New Temperature
Tap over the selection box on a customer's row to choose them from the hot contacts list. You may select more than one customer at a time to apply this change.
Click the Apply New Temperature button at the bottom of the hot contacts list screen. This will open a new screen.
Choose the new temperature that you wish to apply, then tap the Confirm button at the bottom of the screen.
Need to Contact
Choosing the Need to Contact list will show a list of your customers with a callback date of today or earlier. You can open the customer record by clicking the entity number link.
You may enter filters into the column header, sort by clicking over the column header text, or drag and drop to rearrange the headers. Once you have made changes, select the Save Layout button in the lower right.
If you need to update multiple entities and remove them from the new contacts list, check the box for the row(s), then tap the Apply New Contact Date button. This will open a new window where you can choose the next callback date.
New Contacts
Choosing the New Contact list will show a list of your customers who have the New Contact checkbox checked on their profile. You can open the customer record by clicking the entity number link.
You may enter filters into the column header, sort by clicking over the column header text, or drag and drop to rearrange the headers. Once you have made changes, select the Save Layout button in the lower right.
If you need to update multiple entities and remove them from the new contacts list, check the box for the row(s), then tap the Unmark as New Contact button.
Add Contact
Choosing either the Add Contact button or the Add New Entity option will open the customer entry screen. This allows you to enter the information and check for duplicates.
If there is a duplicate, you may tap over the row in the table, then tap the Open button at the bottom of the screen. This will open the customer profile.
If there is not a duplicate shown, tap the Create New button at the bottom of the screen. This will open a new profile and include the information that you entered. Depending on your last access, the customer's profile may be expanded. You can collapse the information by choosing the Show Less button in the upper right. If needed, you can expand the information by clicking the Show More button in the upper right.

When you have finished adding information, tap the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
Search
Select the search button to be able to enter search terms to filter the list of entities. You can type your search term into the field at the top of the window, or press the A button to open the advanced search screen.
