When you have created a custom report or customized a report, you may choose to use the custom report as a default. This allows you to see and run the custom report instead of the standard report.

Open Custom Reports File Manager
- Open the reporting module.
- Select the Custom Reports File Manager button at the top center of the screen. This will open a new tab showing the custom reports that have been created for your dealership.
- The Custom tab is shown by default. Verify the name of the custom report. If you wish to set a custom report to show and print instead of the default report, the custom report name must be named the exact same as the standard report.
- You may right-click to open a menu and choose to rename the report. Alternatively, you may choose the Rename icon at the top of the list to update the custom report name.

- Click to highlight the custom report.
- Right-click over the report window to show a menu.
- Choose the Move option from the menu. Alternatively, you may choose the move icon at the top of the file manager window.
- Either of these options will open the destination selection window. Click the Default folder.
- Click the OK button. This will close the destination selection window and display the folder where the report was saved.
Remove Custom Report (Use the Default Report)
When moving a report out of the Default folder back to the Custom folder, the custom report is no longer printed by default. The standard report will be printed without customization.
- Select the Default folder in the list to the left.
- Click to highlight the custom report in the window.
- Right-click over the report window to show a menu.
- Choose the Move option from the menu. Alternatively, you may choose the move icon at the top of the file manager window.
- Either of these options will open the destination selection window. Click the Custom folder.
- Click the OK button. This will close the destination selection window and display the Custom folder where the report was saved.
