One-click settings are used in various places throughout the program, allowing you to quickly add information you use often to emails and notes. You can customize the text that fills in when the button is pressed.
- Open any module.
- Click over the icon of a person in the upper right of the screen.
- Choose the Settings option from the menu. This will open a screen where you can apply settings at different levels.
- Select the User Settings tab.
- Click the CRM subtab on the left side of the screen.
- Choose the Email One Click Settings option. This will expand the section.
- Replace the text shown for the button you wish to update.
- Click the Save button to the lower right.
