- Open any module.
- Click over the icon of a person in the upper right of the screen.
- Choose the Settings option from the menu. This will open a screen where you can apply settings at different levels.
- Select the User Settings tab.
- Click the CRM subtab on the left side of the screen.
- Choose the Email Template Settings option. This will expand the section.
Add a New Email Template
- Enter a template description. This is visible only to you and does not show to the email recipient.
- Enter a subject. This will populate in the email subject line and is visible to the email recipient.
- Optionally, you can set up a template to send to prospects when the lead has been assigned to you by checking the Auto Response box.
- Enter the text that you wish to send into the large text box.
- Click the save button in the lower right of the section.
Edit an Existing Email Template
- Select the template you wish to change by selecting it from the existing template dropdown.
- Optionally, you can update the template description. This is visible only to you and does not show to the email recipient.
- Optionally, you may update the subject. This will populate in the email subject line and is visible to the email recipient.
- Optionally, you can set up a template to send to prospects when the lead has been assigned to you by checking the Auto Response box.
- Optionally, you may edit the text that you wish to send into the large text box.
- Click the save button in the lower right of the section.
