Users can attach pictures to part numbers to display in the master inventory, which can help when trying to identify the correct part for a repair.
Add a Part Image
- Open the Parts & Service module.
- Select Master Inventory from the menu tree on the left side of the screen.
- Open the part profile you wish to update.
- Choose the Images tab. You will see the “Picture URL” at the bottom.
- Enter the file path to the location of the picture file.
- Choose the Save button.
View Part Image
- Open the Parts & Service module.
- Select Master Inventory from the menu tree on the left side of the screen.
- Open the part profile you wish to view.
- Choose the General tab. The part image will show toward the lower left of the profile.
