When parts are added to parts or service invoices, they have been allocated. Allocated parts show in this list, which makes it easy to see when the parts are available to be used on waiting jobs.
Each line is color-coded, with a key to the colors in the lower left.
On the right side of each part line are several buttons.
- Choosing the Invoice button will open the invoice where the part has been allocated.
- Selecting the Notify button will open an email to the employee who added the allocation. The subject line will be "allocation alert", and the email will display the entity information of the customer for the part.
- Clicking the RE(s) / PO(s) button will open a window to show the purchase orders and receivers that include the part.
