The buyers order print list is used to designate one or more documents to print when a shortcut button is pressed. These shortcut buttons show in deals when choosing the Print Docs button. Security permissions may be used to restrict access to the buyers order print list.
Add Forms for Dealership
If you need to add a form to show as an option for this list or make a change to a form, please submit a forms request to the Motility Software Forms Department.
Add Forms to Print List
- Open any module.
- Click over the icon of a person in the upper right of the screen.
- Choose the Settings option from the menu. This will open a screen where you can apply settings at different levels.
- Select the App Settings tab.
- Click the Deal Desking subtab on the left side of the screen.
- Choose the Buyers Order Print List option. This will expand the section.
- Select the company location to view the presets and documents for that location.
- Choose the button preset that you wish to update.
- Optionally, you may enter a custom name into the caption field.
- Check the box for each document you wish to print when this button is selected.
- Optionally, you may assign a position for the document. This sets the order that documents will print.
- Click the Save Changes button.
These documents will show when printing deal documents.
Remove Forms from Print List
- Open any module.
- Click over the icon of a person in the upper right of the screen.
- Choose the Settings option from the menu. This will open a screen where you can apply settings at different levels.
- Select the App Settings tab.
- Click the Deal Desking subtab on the left side of the screen.
- Choose the Buyers Order Print List option. This will expand the section.
- Select the company location to view the presets and documents for that location.
- Choose the button preset that you wish to update.
- Uncheck the box(es) for the documents you no longer wish to print.
- Click the Save Changes button.
