The make/model pick list allows you to enter information to prefill information for the units you add to MotilityAnywhere. The default GL accounts, PAC and markup amounts or percentages, and other information entered here will apply to units automatically as you add them to your inventory.

Open the Make / Model Pick List
- From any module in MotilityAnywhere, select the user icon in the upper right of the screen to open the menu.
- Choose the Settings option from the menu. This will open a screen where, depending on your security permissions, you may view or update company settings.
- Select the App Settings tab.
- Click the Unit Inventory subtab on the left side of the screen.
- Click once over the Make/Model Pick List section. This will expand the section.
Add A New Make / Model
- Click the Add Make & Model button in the upper right of the table. This will add a new, blank row.
Enter Information Based on Unit Make and Model
- Enter the unit make.
- Optionally, you may enter the model.
- Select the unit type.
- Optionally, you may enter the manufacturer.
- Select whether you want the default information to populate for only new or only used units. Leave this field blank for both new and used units that meet the other criteria to have the information populate.
- Complete the default options below.

Set Default Options
No matter how you have chosen to set up units in the table, you can fill in the unit default information in the area below. The information you enter here will automatically populate on units added to your inventory that meet the criteria entered above.
Note: Each field is optional, but the most important fields have been highlighted in red below.
- If this is for a motorized unit, you can choose a specific Fuel Type here.
- If these units will be floored, you may enter the Floorplan Company.
- Enter the GL Sale account for the matching units.
- Enter the GL Inv account for the units that meet the criteria you selected.
- Enter the GL Cost account for the matching units.
- If the matching units will be floored by default, enter the GL Floor account.
- If your dealership tracks unit freight using the unit's additional costs, enter the GL Addt'l account.
- For floored units, enter the GL FP Interest account where interest payments can be made.
- The Markup Percentage
- The Costline is the lowest price that the unit can be sold for, and should only be used when both make and model have been selected above.
- If your dealership adds a holdback to the matching units, enter the dollar amount into the PAC Amount field.
- If your dealership adds a holdback to the matching units, enter the percentage into the PAC Percentage field.
- Enter an estimated PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) amount into the PDI Estimate field to have this populate on matching units that you add to inventory.
- If your dealership has a minimum holdback amount, enter it into the PAC Minimum field.
- If your dealership has a maximum holdback amount, enter it into the PAC Maximum field.
- Enter a Status.
- If your dealership is set up to transfer available units to your website and you want the newly-entered units that match the criteria above to show, check the Display on Internet box.
- If the specific make and model is purchased from a specific entity, enter the entity number into the Purchased From field.
- If the new unit will use a Price Category to determine the markup percentage, PAC percentage, or PAC amount, select the category from the options.
- If each of the matching units has the same MSRP, enter it into the MSRP field.
- If each of the matching units has the same MSRP Markup Percentage, enter it into the MSRP Markup Percentage field.
- If there are standard DMV Fees for each unit, enter the amount into the DMV Fees field.
- If there is a default warranty amount that is available, enter the dollar amount into the Optional Warranty field.
- If the cost of the matching unit's Tag & Title are standard based on the make and model, enter the dollar amount into the Tag & Title field.
