Customizations are things you need to track that are not available on any other tab. For example, if you want to see which units include a wheelchair lift, you can add that as a customization.
- From any module in MotilityAnywhere, select the user icon in the upper right of the screen to open the menu.
- Choose the Settings option from the menu. This will open a screen where, depending on your security permissions, you may view or update company settings.
- Select the App Settings tab.
- Click the Unit Inventory subtab on the left side of the screen.
- Click once over the Customizations section. This will expand the section.
- Click the Add New Customization button. This will add a new row to the table.
- Enter the customization name into the Name field.
- If the customization will have a limited number of responses, you may enter each response into the Responses field. Separate each option with a comma.
- To set the order that the customizations will show, enter a number into the order field. The lower the number, the higher it will show in the list. If multiple options are set with the same order number, they will show alphabetically.
- To populate the customization with a response, enter the text into the Default Response field.
- If you wish to automatically format the response to look like a date, phone number, or currency, select the applicable option from the dropdown selection box.
- Select the Update button on the row to save your changes.
