Company Settings control how the program handles different features and options. The CRM-Sales Quoting tab allows you to set defaults for the CRM module.
- Open any module.
- Click over the icon of a person in the upper right of the screen.
- Choose the Settings option from the menu. This will open a screen where you can apply settings at different levels.
- Verify that you are viewing the Company Settings tab.
- Click the CRM subtab on the left side of the screen. This will show the available options.

If you wish to assign a sales representative by default to all new customer, you may choose them from the dropdown list.

(Not Active) Enter a number of hours for new leads to be shown in green on the Contact List in the Management Dashboard.

*Example: 15 minutes = .25 hours | 30 minutes = .5 hours | 45 minutes = .75 hours

(Not Active) Enter a number of days to Ignore the coloration for the Contact List in the Management Dashboard.
