The Counters subtab contains the numbering for different parts of the MotilityAnywhere program. You can enter a new number in any of these fields to use as the starting point for the specified area.
| IMPORTANT: These fields are numerical entry only. You may not use letters in any of the fields. |
- Open any module.
- Click over the icon of a person in the upper right of the screen.
- Choose the Settings option from the menu. This will open a screen where you can apply settings at different levels.
- Verify that you are viewing the Company Settings tab.
- Click the Counters subtab on the left side of the screen. This will show the available options.

Parts and Service
Next RE Number - The next number for receiving tickets.
Next PO Number - The next number for part purchase orders.
Next Document Number - The next number for part invoices or service invoices.
Next Quote Number - The next number for part quotes or repair estimates.
Finance
Next Deal Number - The next number for deals.
Next Quote Number - The next number for deal quotes.
Prospecting / CRM
Next Entity Number - The next number for entities.
Rental and Storage Management
Next Rental Agreement Number - The next number for rental agreements
Next Slip Invoice Number - The next number for storage agreements.
