Multi-factor authentication (MFA) helps keep your access to MotilityAnywhere more secure. The mobile phone and email address information used for MFA are entered in the employee information screen when adding the employee.
MFA will open when any of the following criteria have been met:
- Upon next login after your password has been changed.
- When logging in on a new computer.
- After you have cleared cache and cookies.
- Every 30 days.
You will sometimes see the MFA screen when logging in.
- Select the box for how you wish to receive the verification code, via email or via text message. Choosing an option will illuminate the Send Code button.
- Click the Send Code button to have a verification code sent to you.
- You will receive the code via the method you selected.
- Enter the code into the verification screen.
- Click the OK button.
