Note - Macintosh Safari® and non-Chromium-based browsers are not recommended. - Allow web sites to save data to the PC
To define this setting for Google® Chrome, select the Allow sites to save data on your device option button in the Default behavior section for On-device site data settings.
Note - To access On-device site data settings, select Settings → Privacy and Security → Site Settings → Additional Content Settings → On-device site data. - Must allow cookies to be saved
To define this setting for Google® Chrome, select the Allow third-party cookies option button for Third-party cookies settings.
Note - To access Third-party cookies settings, select Settings → Privacy and Security → Third-party cookies. - Zoom set to 100% or lower

To define this setting for Google® Chrome, toggle on the Use graphics acceleration when available switch for System settings.
Note - To access System settings, select Settings → System. - Disable ad blocker and privacy extensions for the MotilityAnywhere URL for the dealership.

Tips & Best Practices
Adjust Google® Chrome zoom setting
Click the (Customize and control Google Chrome) icon to display the Chrome menu. In the Zoom field, click the
(Make Text Smaller) icon to decrease text size or click the
(Make Text Larger) icon to increase text size.
Disable Google® Chrome plugins and extensions
Access the MotilityAnywhere web site for the dealership. Click the (Extensions) icon to display the Extensions window. Click the Manage Extensions menu option to display a list of extensions on the Extensions screen. Toggle off the switch for each extension that should be paused or disabled.
Adjust Windows zoom setting
For Windows 11, select Settings → Accessibility → Vision → Text size. In the Text size field, drag the slider to the left to decrease text size or to the right to increase text size. Click the Apply button to update the size of the text.
Add Windows desktop and Start taskbar shortcuts
To add a shortcut for a MotilityAnywhere module, access the MotilityAnywhere module, and click the (Customize and control Google Chrome) icon to display the Chrome menu. Select the Create shortcut option from the Cast, save, and share submenu. The Create a shortcut to this page window displays. Enter the name for the shortcut in the unlabeled Shortcut field. Click the Create button to save the shortcut to the Windows desktop. To add the shortcut to the Start taskbar, drag the shortcut icon to the Start taskbar.
Add mobile device shortcuts
To add a shortcut on an Android device to a MotilityAnywhere module, access the MotilityAnywhere module in Google® Chrome, tap the (Settings) icon, and then tap the Add to Home screen option. The Create shortcut window displays. Enter the name for the shortcut in the unlabeled Shortcut field. Tap the Add link and a message window displays to confirm the shortcut should be added to the Home screen. Tap the Add button to save the shortcut to the Home screen on the mobile device.
