Tag & Tile Maintenance

The unit inventory module's Tag & Title Maintenance screen allows you to quickly view and update tag or title information for units.

  1. Open the Unit Inventory module.
  2. Select the Tag & Title link from the menu on the left side of the screen. This will open a blank page.

  1. Click the Search button in the lower left to open an advanced vehicle inventory search screen.

  1. Use the options on this screen to narrow your list of units to display only the units you wish to view.
  2. Click the Search button to close the search window, return you to the maintenance screen, and show the list of units that match the criteria you entered.

This table is different from most in MotilityAnywhere because you can make changes right from this list.

  1. Optionally, you can click the box to denote that the unit's title is in house.
  2. Optionally, you can click the box to mark that the unit is titled.
  3. Optionally, you can enter a title location.
  4. Optionally, you can enter the name on the title.
  5. Optionally, you can enter the titling state.
  6. Optionally, you can enter the plate number.
  7. Optionally, you can enter the temporary tag number.
  8. Optionally, you can enter a DMV memo.
  9. Click the Save button in the lower right when you have finished making changes. To close this window without saving, click the Close button.
