Process Late Fees

If your dealership will charge late fees on AR amounts, you can use the Process Late Fees tool to add a percentage to the total due.

Set Entity Balances to Charge Late Fees

1. Open the CRM - Sales Quoting module.
2. Search for the entity who you wish to charge and open their profile.
3. Select the AR Info tab.
4. Check the Late Fees box for the account or accounts for the fees you want to process.

5. Save the entity record.

Process Late Fees

1. Open the Accounting module.
2. Select the Tools menu in the upper left of the screen.
3. Select the Process Late Fees option. This will open a popup window.

4. Choose the company location where you want to charge late fees.
5. Enter the late fee APR percentage.
6. Click the Create Transactions button.
