The mobile app allows for limited access to the program features and functions. The app can be used by salespeople to clock in or out for the day, estimate payments for prospects, and search available units.
Main Menu
When you first log into the mobile app, you will see the main menu screen. The second section is the CRM Tools section.
Clock In / Out
On the main menu screen, select the list icon in the upper left. This will open the list of different sections for the mobile app.
Click the small clock icon to the left of your username. This will open the Time Clock screen.
To start the day, click the Clock In button. To finish the day, select the Clock Out button.
Search Units
Selecting the Search Units button will open a screen where you can select parameters to search by.
Clicking the barcode button will open a window where you can scan the unit barcode (usually found on the window sticker) to pull up information about the unit.
Results from your search will show in a list below the search parameters.
Clicking over a unit in the list will open more detailed information about the selected unit. This is a view-only screen.
Payment Calculator
Choosing the payment calculator will open a screen where you can enter a finance amount, percentage rate, and terms to calculate an approximate monthly payment.
Dashboard
The Dashboard shows a snapshot of how the company is doing and handling deals.
Time Clock
Tapping the time clock will open a screen where you can clock in or out for the day or lunches. You may also set yourself to be in Do Not Disturb status or opt out of lead rotations.
Choosing the Clock In or Clock Out buttons will show a confirmation and highlight the other option. For example, the screenshot below shows that the employee has clocked in.
Contact Statuses
If your dealership is set up to track new leads, the contact statuses page will show a list of color-coded prospects. Clicking the speech bubble will allow you to add a comment on the prospect's profile. Selecting the button with arrows will allow you to reassign the prospect.
