The mobile app allows for limited access to the program features and functions. The app can be used by service writers, technicians and porters to allow creating new ROs, clock in and out of jobs, and update unit locations.

Main Menu
When you first log into the mobile app, you will see the main menu screen.
Clock In / Out (For the Day)
On the main menu screen, select the list icon in the upper left. This will open the list of different sections for the mobile app.
Click the small clock icon to the left of your username. This will open the Time Clock screen.
To start the day, click the Clock In button. To finish the day, select the Clock Out button. Clocking in and out here is different than clocking into/out of jobs.
Service Invoices
Choosing the Service Invoices button will open a screen with search parameters at the top, followed by a listing of ROs. You can search by invoice type (invoice or quote), invoice number, unit stock number, and more. You may also use the sort options to view internal (I), warranty (W), or customer-pay (C) invoices.
Depending on security permissions, you may be able to see the ROs only when jobs on the RO have been assigned to you.
Clicking or tapping over an RO in this list will open the RO, showing the list of jobs on the RO.
Tapping over a job will open the job to view details.
New RO
Depending on your security permissions, you may be able to start an RO from this window by selecting the Add New RO button. This will open a screen where you can search by name, email, phone number, etc. for the RO customer. Alternatively, you can select the I button to select the dealership for internal work.
RO Customer Without Vehicle
If the customer you select does not have a vehicle listed on their profile, you will receive a popup message.
Click OK to enter the customer's vehicle information. When you've finished adding vehicle information , click the Save Changes button.
RO Customer With Vehicle
When the customer selected has at least one vehicle on their profile, the vehicle selected will show on the RO screen. Below the unit information will show blank repairs.
View Job
Clicking or tapping over a repair or job will open the repair screen.
On the job screen you can assign the unit to the job, add a repair code, enter the complaint, cause, and correction. Select the Save Changes button to update the job. This will close the job and return you to the RO.
RO Tools
When viewing an invoice, selecting the RO Tools button will open a menu. From this menu, you can display the service disclaimer for the customer to accept, add pictures to the whole invoice, update the service tag, and more.
Accept Signature
Selecting the option to accept signature will open the service disclaimer. This is helpful if you're creating the RO on your device and want the customer to agree to the work.
Disclaimers are entered in the Company Settings, under the Service section.
Invoice Pictures
You can add pictures to the entire RO by selecting the Invoice Pictures option. This is different than adding pictures per job.
Selecting the Add Picture button will update the screen. Click the Choose Files button to navigate to saved pictures or be able to take a picture on your mobile device.
Once you have selected the pictures, choose the Upload Pictures button.
The uploaded pictures will be displayed. Choosing one or more image will show a button to be able to delete them.
Change Service Tag
Select this option from the RO Tools menu to enter a new service tag for the vehicle.
Assign Mechanic
Choose the Assign Mechanic option to select the mechanic and which jobs you wish to assign to them. Click or tap the Assign to Jobs button to save your changes.
View / Modify Alert
Alerts entered on the RO will be shown when you select the View / Modify Alert option from the RO Tools menu. If no alert has been entered, this will be blank. You may enter alert text by typing into the text box, then save by clicking the OK button.
Print Invoice
Choosing the Print Invoice option from the RO Tools menu will open a window where you can select the printer where you want the invoice to print. Click the Print Customer Copy to print the invoice.
Mechanic Clock
Selecting the Mechanic Clock button from the main menu will open a list of invoices. Invoice search parameters will show at the top, followed by a listing of ROs. You can search by invoice type (invoice or quote), invoice number, unit stock number, and more. You may also use the sort options to view internal (I), warranty (W), or customer-pay (C) invoices.

Tap over an invoice to open the list of jobs.
Tap over a job to open it on your screen. You will see the complaint, cause, and correction boxes toward the top. Below those boxes are additional tools where you can clock into the job.
Clock In / Out
The mechanic will click the Clock In button to clock into the job. This will start tracking the time spent performing the service.
When finished performing the service, the mechanic will click the Clock Out button. This will finish tracking the repair time and calculate the total time spent on the job.
Clock Totals
Depending on permissions, you may be able to view the clock totals screen. This screen displays the time that a mechanic has been clocked into the job and the estimated number of hours, if entered.
Unit Location
Selecting the Unit Location button will open a screen with information about the unit for the job. If your dealership has lot porters to move units and when the mechanic is ready to start working on the unit, they may enter the new lot or their bay location and click the Bring Unit button. This creates a task for the porter to move the unit.
When the repair is completed, the mechanic can enter a new location and click the Pick Up Unit to create a task for the porter to move the unit.
Parts Requests
Mechanics can click the Parts Requests button to enter information about the parts they need. This information will show in the Motility program and allow the parts department to locate the parts for the mechanic or order the parts if needed.
Optionally, you may choose a department for your request. Enter either an explanation of the needed part, or enter the part number. Click the Save button to save the request.
Mechanic Notes
Select the Mechanic Notes button on an RO to open a screen where you can enter notes to save on the job. Enter your text into the Note field, then click the Save Mechanic Note button.
Flag Time Review
After clocking in/out on jobs, you may click the Flag Time Review button on a job to view detailed information about the time that was clocked on that job. Your access to this button or screen is determined by your security permissions.
Invoice Pictures
Repair Pictures
Repair pictures are specific to the job that you're viewing. This is particularly helpful when working on warranty jobs where you may want to take many pictures of each issue to be tracked separately.
Selecting the Add Picture button will update the screen. Click the Choose Files button to navigate to saved pictures or be able to take a picture on your mobile device.
Once you have selected the pictures, choose the Upload Pictures button.
The uploaded pictures will be displayed. Choosing one or more image will show a button to be able to delete them.
Porter Tasks
Mechanics can request that vehicles be moved to their bay or location for repair and request that they be moved when the repair is completed by using the unit locations option. When they do either of these actions, it will create a task for the porters.
Choosing the Porter Tasks button on the main menu screen will open the list of vehicle movements, also called tasks.
You can view the legend by clicking the Show Legend link in the upper right of the screen. This will give more information about the colors shown in the task list. Tasks shown in red are overdue, while tasks shown in green are due today. To collapse the legend, select the Hide Legend link in the upper right.
Clicking over a task will open it to show more information.
When you have completed the task, click the small slider button in the upper right, then tap the Save Changes button.
Vehicle Scanner
Porters can use the vehicle scanner to enter unit locations so they can be more easily tracked.
Choose the unit location from the dropdown options. Optionally, your security permissions may allow you to choose the Add New option and enter a new location. Click the Start Scanning button to scan the unit's barcode. This will fill in the unit's stock number.
