If you are printing checks through the Infinity program, you have several options to fill out blank checks easily.
Update the Dealer Logo on Checks
IMPORTANT: These customizations are available for BLANK check stock only. |
Verify Using Blank Checks
- Open the Company Information module.
- Choose the Accounting option from the menu on the left.
- Verify that the Blank Stock Checks box is checked.
Update the Dealer Logo
- Open the CRM module.
- Search for the bank and open the entity record.
- Choose the AP Info tab.
- Click the Checking Account Info button. This will open a new window.
Note: The Checking Account Info button will only show if the Is Bank box has been checked on the entity's AP Info tab.
- Select the ellipsis button in the Dealer Logo field to open a Windows navigation window.
- Locate the logo you wish to use and double-click to add the logo path to the bank account information window.
- Select the Save button in the lower right of the window. This will close the bank account info window and return you to the CRM screen.
Update Bank Logo
- Open the CRM module.
- Search for the bank and open the entity record.
- Choose the AP Info tab.
- Click the Checking Account Info button. This will open a new window.
- Select the ellipsis button in the Check - Bank Logo field to open a Windows navigation window.
- Locate the logo you wish to use and double-click to add the logo path to the bank account information window.
- Select the Save button in the lower right of the window. This will close the bank account info window and return you to the CRM screen.
Add Signature Image
- Open the CRM module.
- Search for the bank and open the entity record.
- Choose the AP Info tab.
- Click the Checking Account Info button. This will open a new window.
- Select the ellipsis button in the Signature Image field to open a Windows navigation window.
- Locate the logo you wish to use and double-click to add the logo path to the bank account information window.
- Optionally, you can complete the information in the Signature Line Information field. This will show below the signature on checks.
- Select the Save button in the lower right of the window. This will close the bank account info window and return you to the CRM screen.
