The purchase order and receiving control center allows you to view and manage your business's purchase orders and quickly receive incoming orders.

Set Permission to Access PO/RE Control Center
- From any module, click the user icon in the upper right of the screen. This will open a menu.
- Choose the Settings option. This will open the settings screen.
- Select the Security Management tab. This will show a list of security users.
- Optionally, you may click the Groups button in the upper left to make changes for groups of users.
- Double-click over the user or group you wish to edit. This will open the user or group properties window.
- Click the Permissions button to open the security permissions window.
- Choose the Accounting option from the list on the left side of the window.
- Check the "Allowed to Access PO/RE Control Center" permission..
- Click the save button, then choose to exit.
PO/RE Control Center
- Open the accounting module.
- Under the Order Entry tools menu on the left side of the screen, select the PO/RE Control Center option. This will open the purchase order / receiving control center. The screen will be blank.
- In the header section, enter any information in the fields to search by.
- Click the Search button. The results will show in the lower box with a list of orders and receivers that match the criteria entered.
- Open a PO or receiver by double-clicking over the row. This will open the order. The look of the order will vary based on whether it is a parts purchase order, a general purchase order, or receiving ticket.
