The Need to Contacts is a list of prospects with a next callback date of today or earlier. These contacts will show in your Need to Contact list.
To add a prospect to Need to Contact you must enter your Next Call Back Date on the prospect's CRM profile's Lead Info tab.
To remove a prospect from your Need to Contact list, you can delete the Next Call Back Date on the prospect's CRM profile's Lead Info tab and click to save.
