Printing documents from a deal can be performed by selecting the Print Docs button at the bottom of the deal window.
Print Individual Documents
- Open the Deal Desking module.
- Open a quote or deal.
- Select the Print Docs button. This will open the Print Docs window. On the left side of the Print Docs window, the buyer's order print list buttons will show. On the right side, a list of available documents will show.
- Check the box for each document that you want to print in the list on the right side of the window.
- Click the Print button. This will open the Print Forms window. This allows you to enter form-specific fields that will then print on the form(s) selected. Each form with custom fields will show as a tab.
- Complete the custom field information for each document tab.
You may set this information as default information by clicking the Save Defaults button. The saved default information is loaded by default into other deals once saved.
To remove all saved defaults, click the Clear Defaults button.
Choosing the Print Form button will open the individual form as a PDF for you to print.
Choosing the Print All Forms button will open all forms as a single PDF to be able to print them all quickly.
Print Docs from Print List
If buyers order print lists have been created by your dealership, they will show as icons on the left side of the Print Docs window.
- Open the Deal Desking module.
- Open a quote or deal.
- Select the Print Docs button. This will open the Print Docs window. On the left side of the Print Docs window, the buyer's order print list buttons will show.
- Click over the print list icon that contains the documents you want to print. The included documents will show in a list on the right side of the window.
- To add a document to the list of documents to print, follow the steps to print an individual document to add to the list shown.
- To remove a document from the list of documents to print, click the X on the right side of the document name in the list.
- Click the Print button. This will open the Print Forms window. This allows you to enter form-specific fields that will then print on the form(s) selected. Each form with custom fields will show as a tab.
- Complete the custom field information for each document tab.

Active Documents
The Active Documents button can be found in the lower left of the Print Docs window. Clicking this button will open a list of the forms or documents that have been added for your dealership.
The document type shows the category where this document will show. Please do not change this information.
The document name will usually match the file path as a descriptive explanation of the form. Please do not change this information.
The menu field is pre-entered. Please do not change this information.
To show a form or document, check the corresponding Active box. To hide a form, uncheck the box.
