Setting up personnel on a deal allows commission to be correctly assigned to each employee that was part of the sale. Personnel are divided into managers, team leaders, and salespeople.
- Open the Deal Desking module.
- Locate your deal in the list, then double-click over the row to open the deal window.
- Click the Edit button in the lower right of the window to edit the deal.
- Click the Personnel tab.
- Scroll down to the Salespeople section and click over the arrow to expand the list.
- Click the Add Sales Person button.
- Use the drop down arrow to pick a salesperson from the list. You should choose each salesperson who was part of this deal.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the window.
