Club Member Discount Plans allow your dealership to create loyalty programs to offer discounted parts, services, or both. These discount programs or plans can alternatively be set up for the customers to earn points based on money spent.
Add the Club Membership to an Entity
View Membership from Parts or Service Invoice
Create a Club Membership Plan
- Open the CRM module.
- Select Edit from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
- Choose the option for Club Member Discount Plans. This will open the club member discount setup window.
- Click in the starred, blank gray line at the bottom of the list.
- Enter the new plan description. This will create a new, starred, blank gray row while you are editing. You can enter another new campaign by typing into each new row.
Entering Percentage Discounts
- Enter the discount percentage for the plan. You may enter a discount percentage for parts sales, labor sales, or both.
- Choose the discount type. Here is where you can easily adjust if the discount percentage applies to parts sales, service sales, or both.
- If this plan will only apply to a specific profit center, you may choose that location in the Loc column for the plan's row. If this plan will be for all locations, leave this set to 0.
- Click OK when done. This will close the club member discount setup window.
Entering Points
- Enter the number of points earned per dollar spent for parts sales, labor sales, or rental sales.

- Amounts can be entered into one or more columns.
- These amounts can be partial amounts. For example, if you want to award 1 point per $1000 spent on labor, You would enter 0.001 in the Labor Points Per Dollar column.
- Click OK when done. This will close the club member discount setup window.
Add the Club Membership to an Entity
- Open the CRM module.
- Search for the entity you wish to view.
- Open the entity profile.
- Select the Club Membership tab.
- Choose the membership that this entity will be assigned.
- If the entity will have a membership number, enter this number into the row under the Membership Number column.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
View Membership from Parts or Service Invoice
Entities with a membership assigned will display an icon in the customer information section at the top of the invoice.
Parts Invoice
If the entity's assigned membership has an amount to discount per part, the Discount field on the part line will display the amount discounted. The part total column will display the new, discounted price.
Note: If the Do Not Discount option is checked on the part profile, it won’t be discounted.
Service Invoice
If Membership has an amount to discount per labor, the Breakdown will display the Discount Amount and the new Labor Total.
The RO Totals at the bottom of the RO will show the part discount amount in the Discount Total and the new Labor Total.
