Lead Rotations are used to help distribute work evenly between the employees that are assigned to the rotation.
Add an Employee to a Lead Rotation

Add A New Lead Rotation
- Open the CRM module.
- Select Edit from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
- Choose the Lead Rotations option. This will open the lead rotation window.
- In the lower left of the screen, click the New button. This will add a new, blank rotation where you can add employees.
- Enter a name for the rotation in the Rotation Name field.
- To the right of the name, you can choose the company number where this rotation will be used.
- Click in the starred, blank gray row. This will open a dropdown list of employees.
- Click over the employee you wish to add to the list.
- To add another employee, click into the new, starred, blank gray row at the bottom of the list.
- Once you've added all the employees who will be part of this rotation, click the Save button in the lower right of the window.
- If you need to add another rotation, you can begin again by selecting the Add button in the lower left. If you've finished adding rotations, click the Close button in the lower right of the window.

- At the top middle of the lead rotations window, choose the small arrow to Recall Rotation. Any rotations that were previously made will show in the dropdown list.
- Choose the rotation you wish to view. This will change the table below to show employees assigned to the rotation.
- Click in the starred, blank gray row. This will open a dropdown list of employees.
- Click over the employee you wish to add to the list.
- To add another employee, click into the new, starred, blank gray row at the bottom of the list.
- Once you've added all the employees who will be part of this rotation, click the Save button in the lower right of the window.
- Click the Close button in the lower right of the window.
Remove an Employee From a Lead Rotation

- At the top middle of the lead rotations window, choose the small arrow to Recall Rotation. Any rotations that were previously made will show in the dropdown list.
- Choose the rotation you wish to view. This will change the table below to show employees assigned to the rotation.
- Click over the small gray box to the left of the employee's name that you wish to remove.
- Press the Delete button on your keyboard. This will give you a prompt to confirm deletion.
- Click Yes to remove the employee from the rotation.
Delete a Lead Rotation

- Choose the Lead Rotations option. This will open the lead rotation window.

- Select the Delete button at the bottom of the window. This will give you a prompt to confirm deletion.
- Click Yes to remove the rotation.
