Documents that need to be printed for deals can be accessed from the deal profile either from the quote tab, buyers order tab, or the file menu in the upper left.

Your dealership's security permissions may restrict access to the deal's quote tab, so the buyer's order tab offers limited buttons to print documents for a deal.
- Open the Deal Desking module.
- Locate the deal you wish to open and double-click over the row. This will open the deal window.
- Select the B. Order tab.
- Click the button corresponding to the document you wish to print.
Documents on the Deal's Quote Tab
The quote tab offers an expanded selection of buttons to print deal documents.
- Open the Deal Desking module.
- Locate the deal you wish to open and double-click over the row. This will open the deal window.
- Select the Quote tab.
- Choose the Print Docs subtab.
- Click the button corresponding to the document you wish to print.
Alternatively, you may choose the All Documents option. This selection will work the same as selecting the File menu option and open the complete list of documents available.
Documents from the File Menu
- Open the Deal Desking module.
- Locate the deal you wish to open and double-click over the row. This will open the deal window.
- In the upper left of the deal, click the File menu.
- Choose the Print Docs option. This will open the Finance Documents Selection window.
- Documents are listed in the boxes at the top of the window. You may double-click over a document you wish to print. After documents are printed, they will show in the list at the bottom of the window.
- The buttons shown across the screen below the top set of boxes are the same shortcut buttons shown on the deal's buyers order and quote tabs. You may set these up by using the Buyers Order Print List button in the upper right of the window.
Buyers Order Print List
The buyers order print list is used to designate one or more documents to print when a shortcut button is pressed. These shortcut buttons show in deals on the B. Order tab and the Quote tab. Security permissions may be used to restrict access to the buyers order print list.
- Open the Deal Desking module.
- Double-click over any deal's row to open the deal window.
- In the upper left of the deal, click the File menu.
- Choose the Print Docs option. This will open the Finance Documents Selection window.
- Select the Buyers Order Print List button in the upper right of the window. This will open the Buyers Order Print List Setup window.
- In the upper left of the window, choose the company that you wish to update.
- Select the button that where you wish to assign one or more documents from the Button dropdown.
- Check the box for each document that you want to have print when this button is clicked. You may check off one or more documents.
- Enter a button name into the Custom Caption field. You may enter up to 15 characters. This will update the corresponding button name in all deals.
- You may change the selection in the button dropdown to choose documents and update another button, or click OK to close this window.
Note: To view the updated button name(s), you will need to close the Finance Documents Selection window and exit any open deals. The updated name(s) will show when accessing a deal upon reopen.
Show or Hide Deal Documents
- Open the Deal Desking module.
- Double-click over any deal's row to open the deal window.
- In the upper left of the deal, click the File menu.
- Choose the Print Docs option. This will open the Finance Documents Selection window.
- At the bottom middle of the screen, choose the Active Documents button to open the Active Documents window.
- To show a form, check the corresponding box. To hide a form, uncheck the box.
- Click the Save button in the lower right. This will close the Active Documents window.
- Choose the Close button in the lower right of the Finance Documents Selection screen.
